The vaginal discharge that a woman might see in her underwear or when she wipes herself after urinating ranges in color from pinkish brown to milky white. The discharge comes as a sign of early pregnancy and is caused by the increased estrogen level and increased flow of blood towards vagina. It could appear as the woman is bleeding.
